Can I return any item I buy at

We are glad to return/ exchange your product(s) with our FREE return policy. However, in the event of any doubts regarding the condition of returned garments, the opinion of’s specialised staff will prevail, following the corresponding inspection of the item to prevent the fraudulent return of products that have been worn or damaged.

How do I return an item?

Home Return: To proceed with this action, please to schedule the return.

After this step, you must prepare the items in the original box of the order, it is necessary to include the order receipt in the box. After verifying all the details, our carriers will contact you within 24-48 hours to agree a collection date. At the time of collection, our courier will identify your order with a label allowing us to track your return.

Please remember that Items must be in perfect conditions with its original packaging. Prepaid orders will be refunded by the same payment method used, and the refund period will depend on your bank. Orders paid using cash on delivery “COD” will be returned as a voucher which can be used in your future orders.

IMPORTANT: Should you want to return items from several orders (or more than one order), it is essential that you inform the customer service team when requesting the home return. If you decide to return your order by any means other than those indicated by us, we consider that it is your responsibility, and you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

How long do I have to return and item?

1) For the new collection items: Return deadline is 15 days from the date of shipment

2) for the sale or promotion items: Return deadline is 7 days from the date of shipment

Do I have to pay anything for the return? returns are always free of charge.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your refund is approved you will receive payment via the same method as you made your purchase. Only refund for items purchased using Cash on Delivery via home return request will be received as a voucher.

When will I receive my refund?

After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition and be labelled) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.

Remember that the refund to a credit card always depends on the bank.




What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact our Customer Service department and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. reserves the right to reject refunds claimed outside the time limit or for garments that are not in the same conditions as they were received.

Can I change items?

Items bought from may be Only changed in any of our SunglassHut stores if they are in the original conditions. The value of the new items needs to be equal or higher to the price of the returned items, otherwise you will need to request a return for the items you wish to refund and buy the new items separately

How long do I have to exchange an item?

1) For the new collection items: Exchange deadline is 30 days from the date of shipment

2) for the sale or promotion items: Exchange deadline is 15 days from the date of shipment

Occasionally sunglasses break. It's sad, but true. But when it happens to sunglasses bought at Sunglass Hut, we replace them with the same pair (or equivalent, if unavailable) at 50% off the original price.


Broken sunglasses? Don't stress. If you break your sunglasses within 12 months of your purchase, our Sunglass Hut Replacement Discount lets you replace them with the same, or if unavailable, an equivalent pair at 50% off the original retail price. It'll definitely help take the edge off a tragic moment.

Keep in mind, this discount may only be used once and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. It does not apply to loss or theft, and you must present your proof of purchase. Maui Jim products and products sold as “Imperfect” are not eligible for this program.

If damage does occur, bring your frames into store and we'll give you an identical pair at 50% off the full original retail price.

Step 3: Exchange the broken sunglasses for a brand new pair by paying 50% of the full original retail price


Sunglasses are protected by a 2-year warranty from the manufacturer starting the date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship on the frames, except:

  • Loose or missing screws
  • Scratched lenses
  • Loose, scratched, or missing nose pieces and nose pads

Altered sunglasses lose their warranty.
